Beautiful, stylish studio, centrally located in Cala Ratjada on a side street. Beach, bars, restaurants, everything can be reached on foot. The studio has a living/bedroom, small enclosed kitchen, shower bath and balcony. Towels and bedsheets are available. SAT-TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove (2 plates), coffee machine, dishes, utensils, etc. The studio has an electric radiator. The balcony with chairs (2 garden chairs) is about 4.5 meters long. Ideal starting point for a great holiday.

Klein, aber sehr, sehr fein!

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht über die äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Fotos sprechen für sich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sogar Ideen für die eigene Wohnung in der Heimart mitnehmen können.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Strände, sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher im nächsten Jahr wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Wunderbare Basis

Für uns ist dieses Studio der Ausgangspunkt für alle Urlaubsaktivitäten. Und das seit drei Jahren. Die Lage ist genial. Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich, wie ruhig es doch nur einmal "um die Ecke" ist, während auf der Hauptstraße das volle Leben braust. Von hier aus lassen sich Hafen, Strände und auch der Supermarkt schnell erreichen. Und wer dann doch mal aus Cala Ratjada weg will, der hat die Autovermieter ebenfalls beinahe vor der Tür.
Vom Balkon aus kann man beim Frühstück auf dem einsehbaren Hinterhof dort lebende Schildkröten bewundern ;-)
Das Studio ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist prima, aufgeschlossen für Wünsche und Anregungen zur Ausstattung des Studios (neue Matratze).
Cala Ratjada und diese Unterkunft ist für uns ein Grund, immer wieder den Urlaub auf Mallorca zu verbringen.

Nettes Studio

Das Studio befindet sich in einem Mehrfamlilienhaus in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse , und liegt sehr zentral . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden gleich um die Ecke , bis zum Hafen sind es ca. 5 min , Bars und Restaurantes sind auch in wenigen min. erreichbar . Das Studio ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts , der Balkon hat einen Tisch mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten und sogar Schirm mit Ständer waren vorhanden . Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett , und ich hatte das Glück das ich gleich bei Ankunft morgens das Studio beziehen konnte und nicht bist 14 Uhr warten musste . Das Studio ist ausreichend für 2 Personen um es sich gutgehen zulassen . Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen , vielleicht schon im nächsten Jahr .

Ein schönes kleines Studio

Das Studio ist sehr klein. Ist aber ausreichend, weil man sich dort ja nicht den ganzen Tag aufhält.
Ein kleinen Balkon hat dieses Studio auch. Vormittags scheint die Sonne darauf. Am nachmittag, wenn man von Strand kommt, ist der Balkon im Schatten. Dies ist sehr angenehm. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist aber nicht der Beste. Man schaut auf die blaue Wand von Nachbarhaus. Außerdem schaut man noch in einen Hinterhof, der überhaupt nicht geplegt ist.
Neue Handtücher bekommt man, wenn man sie verlangt. Dies ist in Ordnung.
Das Studio wird erst gereinigt, wenn man wieder abreist. Also muß man den Besen und den Wischmobb selbst schwingen. Das findeich aber nicht so schlimm.
Alles im Ganzen ist es ein sehr schönes kleines Studio. Bis auf den Ausblick vom Balkon, kann man dieses Studio empehlen.
