We offer you a comfortable 123 sqm holiday home built in 1997 in the residential park Losentitz/Südrügen with spacious and modern furnishings. On the ground floor you will find a living/dining room (about 40 m2) with TV, DVD and stereo system, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and dishwasher and a shower/bath. On the upper floor you will find four bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Active people can play table tennis and volleyball; natures lovers can discover the surroundings by bicycle. Children can use the nearby playground. Only a 10 minute walk form the house you will find the boat dock belonging to the complex where you can go fishing or boating. About 4 km away you will find the natural beach, kilometre-long beaches and sophisticated resorts and the attractive cities of Sralsund and Greifswald can be reached comfortably by car from Losentitz. The holiday home Utspann is located in a stunning, natural location directly on the German alley street.
