Floramühle is a holiday home with 3 units that can be rented as one unit. All apartments are lovely furnished according to a motto. Look forward to the Alt Pankow with historic furniture, Marrakesh with North African flair and Berlinale with a stylish film ambiance. You can rent 'Alt Pankow' separately. The allergy-friendly apartments are equipped with modern shower baths, wood and stone floors and heated flooring. All richly appointed kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove and microwave/Grill. The apartments include a washing machine, cable TV, DVD player and DSL6000 (flat rate is included in the price). The Floramühle was created at the end of the 19th century as a brown beer brewery in the courtyard of a Wilhelminian style house and was converted into comfortable holiday apartments in 2008.

Wir hatten alle drei Wohnungen für unsere Kegeltour (11 Personen) gemietet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnungen waren sauber und aufgeräumt und die Hausverwaltung war sehr nett und kooperativ. Alles wurde uns genau erklärt. Einer unserer Gruppe hat seine Jacke vergessen, diese wurde dann von der Hausverwaltung nachgeschickt. Also ein sehr guter Service.

Alle drei Wohnungen waren alle über den Hausflur des Objektes verbunden. Da wir bei Anwesenheit nicht abgeschlossen haben, konnten wir zwischen allen drei Wohnungen frei hin- und herlaufen. Bei Einzelmietung können die Wohnungen aber auch einzeln abgeschlossen werden und einzeln genutzt werden.

Die Wohnungen sind alle über den zentralen Innenhof zu erreichen. Auf den Innenhof kommt man auch nur mit einem Schlüssel.

In der nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum S und U Bahnhof Pankow sind es ca 2-4 Minuten Fussweg.

Die Möglichkeit der Zusammenlegung von 3 Wohnungen zu praktisch einer großen Wohnung war optimal, immerhin waren wir eine Gruppe von 13 Reisenden. Die Wohnungen waren nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Räume tadellos in Ordnung. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die stets hilfsbereite Betreuerin vor Ort - somit war das alles bestens.
Ein kl. Manko: Leider muß man die Fenster nachts geschlossen halten, die nahe Bahnlinie und der Flugverkehr stören sonst. Allerdings sind die Fenster neu und dicht, so daß das dann auch hilft.
Mit der nächsten größeren Gruppe: Sofort wieder.
