Photos and Description of this Rena Majore holiday house 4-6 people, beach 300 m, no mass tourism, beautiful terraces

This house is located on the outer edge of Pultiddolu with a view of the sea and the coast. The house is located in the first row behind the sea. It stretches out over two floors and has two terraces. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people, leather chair and couch and the separate older kitchen with a dining space. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and fridge/freezer. Both bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located on the upper floor. There is a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub. A washing machine is also available, along with an outdoor shower, garden furniture and BBQ area. A smaller beach can be reached on foot in about 300m, this beach is not cleaned and sometimes has seaweed. (Some beaches cannot be cleaned due to the ecological balance). The large beach is about 500m away and can also be reached comfortably on foot. Between both beaches you will find a rocky coast with small bays.

In Pultiddolu, a lot of locals spend weekends in their second houses and take care of their gardens or drive to go diving or fishing. The semi-detached house are built on an incline, have a stunning view of the sea or the countryside and a small bay with a beach surrounded by cliffs and islands. A peaceful city with lovely designed flower gardens surrounded by aromatic shrubs. The private beach (is not taken care of) in the small bay can be reached on foot or also by car. The large and long beach stretches out to Rena Majore and is just about 10 minutes away on foot. The city of Rena Majore is about 3 km away, to the city of S. Teresa on the northern tip of Sardinia it is also only about 3-4 km, S. Teresa is one of the most beautiful cities on the northern coast and offers countless shopping facilities and restaurants.
