The lone-standing property is ideal for those looking for relaxation. It is located in the peaceful villa district of El Rosario, 6 km from Marbella in a cul de sac near kilometres of well-kept beaches (300 m). Nearby you will find: a bus stop, supermarket, a German bakery and a kiosk along with countless beach restaurants. The lovely furnished two room apartment is located on the top floor next to the owner's apartment. Other than the living room and the bedroom, there is a small kitchen, a new shower bath with day light and an idyllic dining space on the large terrace. Wireless LAN, a wash room with iron. Also, usage of the park like garden with beautiful teak furniture, a large pool and new fitness devices. Hair dryer, bathrobe, towels, beach towels and books for all tastes are in the apartment.

A lot of historical attractions can be easily reached. From our house you can reach Marbella's old city on foot. About 30 stunning golf courses are nearby and playable year-round. The lone-standing house is located in a small cul de sac, about 300m from the kilometre long, well-kept beach. Thus, an ideal area for those searching for tranquillity. Directly by the sea you will find countless, cosy locals. The bus stop is nearby. Small errands can be taken care of easily on foot. That is why it is not necessary to rent a car. The transfer service to and from the airport can be ordered as well. In the apartment you will find a comprehensive brochure with excursions tips and all types of knowledge.

Auch im siebten Jahr haben wir uns wieder sehr, sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt. Die Terasse direkt am Pool lädt zur Entspannung ein.
Auch die Lage fast direkt am Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist klasse.
Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Stilvolle Casa mit andalusischem Charme

Statt einer einsam in den Bergen abgelegenen Finca haben wir und dieses Mal Anfang Oktober für diese kleine romantische strandnahe Casa entschieden und haben es nicht bereut. Der Empfang bei der Anreise war sehr herzlich. Unsere Vorstellung von der Wohnung aufgrund der Beschreibung und den Bildern bestätigte sich vollauf. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was im Urlaub nötig ist; was nicht vorhanden war (z.B. ein Wasserkocher), wurde durch die freundlichen Vermieter umgehend besorgt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das lag wohl auch an der sehr ruhigen Umgebung und der Nähe zum Meer. Trotzdem haben wir die Benutzung des überaus einladenenden Pools nicht vernachlässigt. Alles in allem haben wir uns während unseres 12-tägigen Aufenthaltes mehr als erholt. Ein Grund wieder zu kommen ?!!

Mediteranes Domizil zum Wohlfühlen!

Dieses Domizil ist traumhaft! Immer wieder zieht es uns zu diesem so geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben für zwei Personen gedacht, sehr geräumig (70qm), gepflegt, exklusiv und sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Grundstück und Pool einfach nur super. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Kleiner Fußweg führt direkt zum schönen Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in direkter Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer offen für Tipps. Dieses Casa ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren Anfang Mai in der Wohnung und waren rundum zufrieden. Angefangen bei der liebevollen Einrichtung, über die netten-immer ansprechbaren- Vermieter, den tollen Garten,die absolute Ruhe, den schönen Strand, bishin zu den nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, war einfach alles tip top und den Angaben entsprechend.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !
