The apartment ( 1700 sq ft ) is located over a typical restaurant. A new bungalow for two (377 sq ft) in the garden will be ready in May 2010. Your own garden, doorway and entrance will ensure enough privacy. Be at the beach from your own pool within a minute walking distance. Your private hideaway is 65 ft over the sandy family friendly beach Cala Boix. For parents the not fenced steep coast has to be mentioned .
