Notes: The villa has a large and excellently fitted kitchen and three living areas, one within the villa and two outside terrace areas in front towards the beach and at the back. Each living arear has its own eating place, one of them being situated directly on the beach. The view over the lagoon is breathtaking.

The pool is situated towards the sea almost on the beach.

A maid is available every day from 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning and prepares excellent Maurtian and Indian meals. Overtime charged extra.

About three minutes from the villa is a grocey shop for daily essentials. Better shopping is available in Grand Baie.

Golf: There are two 18-holes international standard golf courses in Belle Mare at about 20 minutes drive from the villa. The golf courses of Ile aux Cerfs and Anahita are at about 30 and 40 minutes from the villa.
