Villa Caribbean Dream is located at a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico and it is quiet as quiet can be. The Western exposure guarantees the most impressive sunsets, watch the fish jumping from the lanai or better even from the private dock, this is something you'll never forget. It takes only minutes to get out on the river by boat, so you can enjoy all your vacation without wasting a lot of time. All three bedrooms are very spacious for your convenience, so there is no necessity to 'toss a coin' who will get the best bedroom. In the great room you will be impressed by a soaring 15' ceiling, a big screen TV and the high door to the pool area providing you with a gorgeous view over the pool area to the waterfront. The home is surrounded by tropical landscaping with mature palm trees, so you will remember this remarkable vacation home and you will return.

  • The rate is for a party of 2. Each additional person is $16.00 per night. Kids up to the age of 12 stay free. Electricity allowance is $35.00 per week overage will be charged with $0.12/KWH. The final cleaning fee is $130.00, the security deposit to be paid cash to the house manager is $500.00. There is a minimum stay of 2 weeks for X-mas and Easter and a surcharge of 10%. Tax includet.
    Included in the rent is: Local home management, lawnkeeper, pool service, cable TV and Internet (bring your own device).

Super Haus!

Im Mai hatten wir 10 Tage Zeit, unseren Urlaub in der Villa Caribbean Dream zu verbringen. Wir haben das tolle Haus in vollen Zügen genossen, vor allem der Pool mit um die 30 C Wassertemperatur lud täglich zum relaxen ein. Ein Bootsausflug zu den nahegelegenen Inseln war ebenso toll wie die Spaziergänge an den ewig langen Sandstränden. Die Einrichtung (nur vom feinsten) ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus kann man nur empfehlen.

Erholung pur - American way of life

Auf eine Empfehlung hin, verbrachten wir zwei Wochen zu sechst die Jahreswende 08/09 in diesem erstklassigen Domizil. Man konnte sich vom 1. Tag an wohl fühlen. Hierzu trug insbesondere der Pool mit Whirlpool, das helle großräumige und modern eingerichtete Wohnzimmer und auch die wahnsinnig ausgestattete Küche, sowie die 3 Schlafzimmer bei. Toll fanden wir, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Das Haus wurde laut Verwalter erst im November 2009 neu eingerichtet, was man auch merkte. Es war auch ein Vergnügen, den riesigen Gasgrill auszuprobieren. Unsere Männer grillten hervorragend. Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher, erlebnisreicher und doch erholsamer Urlaub. Zum Nächsten Strand sind es nur ca. 5 Autominuten, mit einem gemieteten Boot fuhren wir direkt vom Bootsdeck am Haus auf das offene Meer und legten an menschenleeren Sandstränden von Captiva- und Sanibel-Island an. Restaurants, Bar's und Riesensupermärkte sind in der nächsten Umgebung. Die Wohngegend ist absolut ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Die 2 Wochen vergingen wie im Flug. Wir kommen bald wieder!
