This peacefully located townhouse on the edge of the city of Es Llombards attracts with its comfortable equipment and its ideal location in the southern part of the island. Small, romantic and dreamy bays, which are not over-crowded, are located nearby. Those who are looking for more life are well taken care of in this house in Es Llombards. Colonia St. Jordi with its beautiful natural beaches and its inviting harbour are just a 10min drive away. Just like the Cala Santanyi and the nice fishing city of Cala Figuera. The Casa Joelia is an ideal starting point for all types of activities, whether it is a beach holiday with the family during the peak season on the beautiful natural beaches of Es Trenc, Es Dolc or Estanys or if you want a hiking and cycling holiday during the shoulder season or even during the winter and in February when the almond trees bloom. Since the house has a/c and heat, it can be used throughout the year.

From the Casa Joelia you can easily reach the beautiful natural and swimming bays of the east coast - like the Cala Llombards (5min drive), the Cala Santanyi and the Cala Figuera. The naturally protected double bay Cala Mondrago is also not far away. The famous natural beach Es Trenc can be reached in a 10min drive. For a small trip to the city, the nice city of Santanyi is ideal - there is a market on Saturdays and a lot of small shops, restaurants and bars. Those who like more tourism can drive about 10min to the harbour city of Colonia de Sant Jordi in order to go on a short walk by the harbour or simply to just to make a short stop on the harbour beach or to go to the somewhat distant beach Es Dolc and finish up with visiting a restaurant. The neighbouring village of Ses Salines also has a few good restaurants and a cosy bar.
