The quiet and elegant apartment is 36 sqm large and has just been complete, high-quality and lovingly restored. These were new wood floors in the bathroom and a high-quality granite floor designed. The apartment we have for two people. All furniture is new, and create a pleasant atmosphere between modernity and the charm of an old stucco house, with subtle elements. The living room, which also serves as a bedroom, is equipped with a double bed in the Italian style (180 x 200 cm). From the lounge you can walk directly onto the balcony. For entertainment you have a TV, DVD, radio, books and games available. The large fitted kitchen in white glossy appearance is fully equipped with ceramic stove, air circulation oven, microwave, dishwasher, steam vent, water heater, coffee maker, toaster and dishes. The bathroom has a window with a toilet, wash room and shower.

Das wirklich gemuetliche Appartment war sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht und sogar mehr, war vorhanden. Das nette Vermieterehepaar war sehr bemueht, uns gut vorzubereiten, sie holten uns vom Bahnhof Lichtenberg ab. Die Lage ist des Appartments ist ideal, der Bahnhof nicht weit. Die S/Bahn, die U/Bahn und die Fernzuege waren gut zu erreichen. Die Busverbindungen in den oestlichen Teil waren ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Supermaerkte und Baeckereien fanden wir in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir haben das Appartment bereits Freunden empfohlen und wuerden selbst gern wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes, gut gelegenes Appartement

Kurzurlaub der Superlative.
Die Wohnung hält was die Anzeige verspricht.
Angefangen von der freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Schlüsselübernahme, über die sehr gute Ausstattung und tolle Lage des sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteteten Appartements, bis hin zur Übergabe war alles perfekt. Sogar ein Willkommenstrunk (Prosecco) war im Kühlschrank für uns. Ich wünsche den Vermietern stets Menschen, die dieses Appartement zu schätzen wissen und es ordentlich hinterlassen. Man spürt, dass die netten Vermieter ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich machen möchten und haben das Appartement sehr hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen dieses Domizil unseren Freunden gerne weiter.
Berlin ist eine Reise wert oder auch zwei,drei....!

Tolle und gemütliche Wohnung - ideal für 2!!

Die Wohnung ist super schön und super gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause!!
Es entspricht alles genau der Beschreibung!
In ein paar Gehminuten erreicht man den S-U-Bahnhof Berlin Lichtenberg. Von dort aus sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten bis Berlin Alexanderplatz!
Wir haben uns am Abend nach unseren Tagestouren richtig auf das gemütliche Bett gefreut. :)
Die Wohnung/Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Sollten wir noch einmal nach Berlin kommen, werden wir diese oder eine andere Wohnung der Vermieter bevorzugen!

Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht.
Eine schöne Küche, alles neu eingerichtet. Abends ein Glas Wein, auf dem Bett sitzen etwas fern sehen und wohl fühlen.
Es ist nicht weit zur U und S-Bahn, auch ein Bäcker ist ganz in der Nähe.

Schnuckelige Wohnung in ruhigem Berliner Stadtteil

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und schön ruhig gelegen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Lichtenberg. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in kurzer Zeit in Berlin Mitte. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und konnten uns nach einem anstrengenden, erlebnissreichen Tag dort sehr gut erholen.
Beim nächsten Berlinaufenthalt kommen wir bestimmt wieder!
