Light holiday apartment in first sea row! From the sunny patio you can enjoy the view of the Malgrat Island and the romantic evening hours when the sun sinks into the sea in front of your eyes. Relax on a deckchair before swimming in the large outdoor pool in the well-kept park. Go through a private entrance to a private bay and swim in the turquoise sea. Snorkeling in the clear bay and look for countless schools of fish. Have you always wanted to sleep under the sky and hear the sea - you can do this here! You will live on about 70 m2 plus 12 m2 patio. Two peaceful bedrooms and two high-quality furnished bathrooms provide for your wellness. A modern kitchen offers all comforts and in the living room you will find a cozy leather sofa and the beautiful dining area. Satellite TV, DVD player and internet access available. The holiday apartment is located 4 minutes from the center of Santa Ponsa with a large beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. In about 10 minutes on foot you can reach Port Adriano, an elegant marina with nice restaurants and a bay with a small sandy beach. Through the harbour you will find small supermarkets and a few simple, but good restaurants. And there is a German bakery that provides for fresh bread-rolls. A bus stop is not far from the complex and will bring you to the center of Santa Ponsa where you can get onto the frequent lines to Palma or Andratx. Paguera and Andratx can be reached through the highway in about a 10 to 15 minute ride, the center of Palma can also be reached in 15 minutes. An ideal starting base for excursions through the entire island!

Costs for towels, bedsheets, electricity, water, parking space and trash are already included for all stays as well as 24 hours internet and even the heating costs in winter.   • Upon booking, 30% of the total price is due as a non-reimbursable payment, the rest is due 4 weeks before your arrival, including a security deposit of € 400, which will be reimbursed on your day of departure if the apartment and all keys/gate openers are returned in an undamaged manner. The apartment has to be left well-swept, any excess cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached through an elevator and through a staircase. The entire apartment is equipped with marble floors. Please remember this is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment has to be returned in a well-swept condition. Rubbish and food remains have to be disposed by you.

Important advise: The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, please consider this before your booking! Furthrmore, I like to mention that we are a very quit living complex even to German standards but we are people who live their normal lives which includes a birthday party, or hanging up a picture or getting a water tube repaired. We are no sanatorium!

Aufgrund der Fotos,die wir im Iternet gesehen haben,war unsere Erwartungshaltung sehr hoch und wir sind in keinster Weise entäuscht worden.Wir haben alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit vorgefunden,eine wunderschöne ,sehr gepflegte Wohnung und auch die gesamte Anlage incl.der Poolbereiche sind in einem guten Zustand.Der grandiose Meerblick in der Wohnung war Tag für Tag immer wieder überwältigend und auch als das Wetter an einnem der 8 Tage nicht so schön war ,haben wir den Blick auf das wilde Meer genossen.Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet,dass wir unser Essen nach Herzenslust zubereiten konnten,außerdem ist auch so viel Geschirr vorhanden,dass man auch die Spülmaschine verwenden konnte,dies ist in anderen Ferienwohnungen oft nicht der Fall .Alles in allem war es es ein Urlaub,den wir dort gerne im nächsten Herbst wieder verbringen möchten.Bedanken möchten wir uns auch noch für die nette,freundiche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin.

Urlaub der alle Erwartungen erfüllt hat

geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement mit super schönen Ausblick auf das Meer und Umgebung. Saubere Anlage mit sehr schönem alten Baumbestand (ein Hingucker für alle Hobbygärtner), bietet genug Schatten sowohl auch Sonne. Zwei tolle kindgerechte und saubere Pools, in denen vor allem unsere 12 jährige Tochter viel Spass hatte. Äußerst nette Betreuung durch die Vermieterin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.
Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen und können diese Anlage incl. Appartement und Betreuung wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Superlage , direkt am Meer, alles neu renoviert, große Zimmer mit Topeinrichtung, große Terasse mit Super Blick,
sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort( in der Anlage),sehr ruhige Anlage mit sehr schönem Garten und Pools , man konnte sich in der Anlage sowie Wohnung sehr schön erholen,Auto ist nötig, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,Ideal für Schnorchler und Badebegeisterte die nicht wie Heringe am strand liegen wollen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, sehr gepflegte, saubere und geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, Waschmaschine vorhanden, schöne, gepflegte Parkanlage und vieles mehr. Man kann sich super selbstversorgen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Vermieterin wohnt ebenfalls in der Anlage und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wenn Sie diese Wohnung nehmen können Sie sich nur auf Ihren Urlaub freuen!
