Ground floor: Living room, kitchen with dining area, bath room with an extra shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has got two singles. First floor: Two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms (with toilets and wash hand basins). One of the bedrooms – again – has a double bed and the other one two singles.

Nearest Airport: Kerry International Airport at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Cork at 130 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Killarney at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 10.0 Kilometres
The house is situated right at the Ring of Kerry and is therefore an ideal location to start into all sorts of activities. However, when you come back to the house in the evening you will feel right at home. About 10km away is Rossbeigh Beach were one can go for a lovely walk. Its takes you about two to three hours to round the dunes of Rossbeigh Beach and after that you are a totally new human being. In Glenbeigh in Towers Pub or the Glenbeigh Hotel you will find a marvellous steak and a good pint of Guinness. It's a 30minute drive to get to Killorglin were one finds supermarkets and more restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The oil-fired central heating system starts as soon
    as the coin operated machine is fed.
    Oil central heating system operated by coin meter. Additionally you will find an electric fire in the living room.

    During off-season, depending on the tenant booking the house before or after you, the house can be occupied and left any day of the week. In that case the rent that exceeds one week is calculated on a daily basis.
    For short-term bookings there is a minimum price of 300 euros. Please enquire. During peak-season the minimum booking period is one week.
    The landlord would like to receive one third of the rent after recept of the booking confirmation. The remainder is due six weeks prior to the begin of the booking period.
    The preferred changing day is Saturday.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich der Lage, Ausstattung etc. waren korrekt. Das Haus war einigermassen sauber. Wir werden das Ferienhaus an Freunde weiterempfehlen. Der Killarneys-Nationalpark ist sehr empfehlenswert, sowie die Stadt selber.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bietet bis zu 8 Leuten bequem platz und ist ideal gelegen. Der Ring od Kerry führt direkt am Haus vorbei, wobei der Touristenverkehr überschaubar ist. Weitere lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele wie dei Halbinsel Dingle, der Killarney Nationalpark oder Kenmare sind leicht erreichbar.
Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer, auf die Dingle Bay und die Halbinsel Dingle, ist einfach phantastisch.

Wir hatten Carolines Haus im September 2008 für eine Woche gemietet und waren absolut zufrieden. Das gesamte Anwesen ist modern, sehr geräumig und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem wundervollen Ausblick aufs Meer und die Dingle-Halbinsel. Direkt am berühmten "Ring Of Kerry" gelegen ist es ein geeigneter Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Ausflüge. Das Anwesen können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Caroline's house liegt wunderschön, verfügt über zahlreiche Schlafzimmer mit jeweiligem WC/Bad und schöner Küche/Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und zum nächsten Strand nach Kells Bay oder Glenbeigh Beach ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Es liegt direkt am Ring of Kerry, der Verkehr stört aber nicht. Nur beim Herausfahren aus der Einfahrt ist Obacht gegeben, da schlecht einsehbar. Abhilfe kann getätigt werden, wenn sich jemand zur Ausschau auf die andere Seite der Strasse stellt. Zwei Verkehrsspiegel wären natürlich ratsam. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen, auch wegen der hervorragenden Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Dingle, Sehenswürdigkeiten am Ring of Kerry, Killarney, Carragh Lakes, Brae Head oder auch nur ins Hinterland.
