Notes: Nice, sturdy country furniture. Both terraces are partly covered and are oriented to the south. They are partly shaded, which keeps the rooms cooler and even permits staying outside during the rare winter rains.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit zwei sehr gut ausgestatteten
Wohnungen. Garten und Pool perfekt. Die jeweiligen
Terrassen bieten absolute Privatsphäre. Alles war sauber
und gepflegt und zur Freude unserer Kinder konnte man
alle deutschen TV-Programme empfangen. Jedoch bietet die Umgebung soviel zum Anschauen, dass das TV nicht
oft benutzt wurde. Tolle, leere Strände an der Westalgarve,
Lagos, Cabo Sao Vicente sind schnell und gut erreichbar.
Wir können dieses Haus auf Grund der Ausstattung und Lage nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Häuser und Garten sind schon paradiesisch, und wir freuen uns, dass unsere Gäste das auch so sehen. Ein Auto erschließt natürlich die herrlichen Strände der Westküste leichter, aber manche Urlauber kommen auch ohne Auto - einen Abholservice zum Flughafen können wir ebenso organisieren wie einen Einkaufsservice.

Preisangabe nicht korrekt

Unserer Meinung nach ist die Anzeige bei FEWO nicht klar gestaltet. Es handelt sich um ein Doppelhaus mit einer kleineren und einer größeren Wohnung, die getrennt vermietet werden. Der Preis in der Anzeige gilt aber nicht für das ganze Haus, sondern nur für die kleinere Wohnung. Beide Wohnungen sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Preisdifferenz zwischen den zwei Wohnungen war unserer Meinung nach zu gering. Das Haus liegt recht einsam an einem ungeteerten Weg und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der 5000qm große Garten ist größtenteils Brachland, der Poolbereich ist in Ordnung.
Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder eine große Familie fühlen sich dort sicher sehr wohl.

Owner's Response: Gern wird das Haus als Ganzes von Gruppen gemietet, die sich bevorzugt in der Riesenküche und dem großen Wohnzimmer zum Kochen, Essen und Klönen treffen. Der Mietpreis wird deshalb nach Personen gestaffelt, was auch aus dem Text hervorgeht. Diese Gäste haben nachweislich wie alle anderen beim ersten Kontakt eine genaue Beschreibung des Hauses erhalten und hätten deshalb für einen geringen Mehrpreis auch die größere Wohnung mieten können. Auf die Ruhe und Abwesenheit von rasenden Autos auf geteerten Straßen sind wir stolz und hoffen, dass dies noch lange so bleibt, die Fahrtzeiten zu den Geschäften sind korrekt angegeben.
