The house has a view over Lake Garda and is located 2 km away from the village, at the foot of the Monte Baldo, a natural park, which is known as 'Europe's garden' in the summer and offers skiing possibilities in the winter. The villa lies on a 4000m² piece of land with olive trees, a garden and a swimming pool from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the lake. Apartment: the 80m² of living area are composed of a living and dining room with a large panoramic terrace with view over Malcesine and Lake Garda; a kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher; a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bed, a study with a convertible bed, a bathroom with a bathtub.
