The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a resindential building. There is an elevator. The windows are facing a small side street. The flat is bright and silent. There are 4 rooms altogether: - livingroom with two sofas, table, Tv set, dining area - bedroom nr. 1.: doublebed, singlebed, wardrobe, nightstand, armchair - bedroom nr. 2.: doublebed, wardrobe, nightstand - bedroom nr. 3.: doublebed, wardrobe, desk, armchair The bathroom has bathtub/shower and toilette. The kitchen is somewaht small but it has all the necessary kitchen utensils.

The apartment is in the center of Budapest, the street is parallel with Váci utca the famous shoppingstreet. There are many shops, restaurants, cafés around. Many of the sights can be reached on foot e.g. Central Market Hall, National Museum, Vörösmarty square, Danube Promenade, Gellért Spa. The public transportation facilities are excellent. The blue line of the metro is within easy reach. There are also tram and bus stops in the vicinity.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einem Pub mit regelmäßiger Life-Musik bis in die Nacht (2-3 Uhr), von leise kann also keine Rede sein. Mind. ein Schlafzimmer ist nicht nutzbar, da zu laut. Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos deutlich besser, als sie in der Realität ist. Diverse Geräte waren defekt (Toaster, Föhn). Bei Bezug war von einer Endreinigung des Vormieters - speziell in der Küche -nicht viel zu sehen.
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral. Parken ist natürlich schwierig. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Kindern sicher nicht geeignet. Eher für Partygänger.
