The urbanisation Palm Mar is located on the south tip of the island of Tenerife, about 8 km from the tourism centres of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. The city is located on a very beautiful sea bay, from which you have a view of "La Gomera" and with good weather of "El Hierro". During the night, you will have a great view of the lights of Playa de las Americas. Palm Mar is a very peaceful residential region, primarily with single family homes and villas. Different construction companies are currently turning the area into a high quality urbanisation. Different hotels, 800 m beach, marina and even a golf course are planned. It is about 15 km to the airport "Reina Sofia".
