Oberflächlich schön, im Detail fehlt's dann leider

Die Angaben im online-Inserat sind absolut korrekt. Das Haus ist sehr schön & geschmackvoll renoviert, jedoch ließen Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im besonderen der Küchenbereich. Auf unsere Bitte hin, hat die zuständige Putzfrau nochmals geputzt. Desweiteren hatte die Besitzerin viele ihrer persönlichen Sachen frei zugänglich im Haus liegen, z.B. waren Zahnbürste und -paste noch am Waschbecken oder Badesachen in den Badschränken. Dies fanden wir etwas irritieren und teils auch unangenehm (z.B. der Damenrasierer in der Dusche!). Leider gibt es wohl weiter unten im Dorf eine Sickergrube oder ähnliches und des öfteren machte sich ein äußerst unangenehmer Geruch im Garten breit.
Unsere Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet und einige unserer Problem wurden umgehend beseitigt!
Ein Auto sollte unbedingt vorhanden sein.
Abschließend können wir sagen, dass das Haus grundsätzlich schön ist und wir durchaus eine schöne Zeit verbracht haben. Deshalb ist es umso bedauerlicher, das Haus in einem derartigem Zustand zu vermieten (insbesondere für den Preis!) bzw. zu vernachlässigen.
