This apartment is located in the 3rd story and offers a lot of comfort and has a very central location by downtown Munich (only 3 subburban railway stations to Marienplatz and only 5 minutes walk to Oktoberfest area). The 4 story building has a large, wheelchair accessible elevator and is very easy to reach with both an automobile and public transportation. The apartment offers a very quiet and cozy ambiance. An exclusive PC room with a desktop computer and WLAN with unlimited usage and unlimited data transfer also belong to the apartment.

The dining table has enough room for 6 people, the kitchen is completely equipped. A coffee machine and an automatic water cooker are available. There are three quiet bedrooms (with blinds), each with a television and adjustable comfort mattresses. 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, bathtub, WC and 1 shower plus an extra WC. Hiking and recreation: Hiking: the alps can be reached in less than 1 hour with a car. All royal palaces can be reached in a few hours drive. The attractive Starnbergersee is located near to Munich and is only a 10 minute drive away.

Ski: Ski regions like Zugspitze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Grubigstein in Lermoos are ideal for skiers and snowboarders and can be reached in less than a one hour drive.

Golf: Golf enthusiasts will be pleased with the selection of attractive golf facilities in and around Munich.

This spacious, well-appointed apartment is spotless, comfortable, and extremely conveneint to the U-bahn. The owner was responsive and very helpful. Can't go wrong with this one!

Sehr bequeme Ferienwohnung, freundlicher entgegenkommender Anspechpartner:

Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr zentral zur Stadt, nahestehende bei die U-Bahn Haltstellen (U3, U6) und die Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Alles zu Fuß erreichbar!).

Endlich sind vielen München Schönheiten in der Nähe des Wohnungs gelegen; die Altstadt (Marienplatz, Frauenkirche), die Parken und natürlich der Theresienwiese!
