The sea and the big pool can be viewed from the terrace und the gardens are exquisit. The attached El Soto Golf Club has a 9 hole, par 3 pitch and put and is reachable wihin 10 minutes walking distance. The Club includes a restaurant, tennis courts, paddle tennis, gym with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool. The area is tranquil yet less than 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Marbella and the famous Nikki Beach. Big Shopping Centers with anything that you need are in the area of Mabella

  • Payment

    A deposit of 50% will be required to fix the reservation. The rest of the payment will be required 4 weeks before departure. If the time is shorter than 4 weeks to departure the full amount is required directly.

    By cancellation of less than 2 weeks prior to the departure you have to pay 50% of the total price.
  • Cleaning

    The aparment will be handovered cleaned, we expect it on the same way back. On a longer time of rental a change of bed linen and towels can be offered by 55 € extra.
  • Caution money

    A caution of 250€ for damage is required as payment on our account. It will be refund 10 day´s after your departure and a control of the apartment.

Places to be: Favourite places of interest include the enchanting 'white' village of Mijas located high in the surrounding hills. The world famous luxury port of Puerto Banus offers the chance to rub shoulders with the rich and famous, and to shop in its many designer boutiques. During the day the bustling port provides ample places to eat and drink and at night it takes on a different ambience with lively bars and nightclubs. Fuengirola Zoo, Mijas Costa Aqua Park, Selwo Nature Reserve and Marina and Tivoli World are just a few of the attractions that provide fun for all the family. 40 mins to the west of Elviria brings you to numerous places of interest, picturesque 'white' villages and the medieval town of Ronda with its breathtaking views. The Andalucian cities of Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga, Cadiz and Huelva are all within easy reach for a days visit. Gibraltar and North Africa provide an interesting days shopping, and for watersport enthusiasts.

Ski: The Sierra Nevada is within a 2 hour drive and provides excellent skiing during the winter months.

Golf: The apartment is set within an area of many fine golf courses. Advice on local courses is available upon request. Santa Maria Village is associated with Santa Maria, one of the oldest and most established 18 hole golf courses in the region. Many of the tees are elevated and on a fine day, the views across the course to the Mediterranean or inland to the mountains that lie to the north, are breathtaking. Other challenging and fine courses are easily accessible both close by or within an hours drive away.

Wir haben 14 Tage im September, zu zweit in dieser super schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten, super sauber und gepflegten Wohnung, Urlaub verbracht.
Es fehlte an nichts. Die Angaben entsprechen voll und ganz den Tatsachen.
Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen, Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Wandern, spazieren, shoppen, schwimmen und die Gegend von Andalusien erkunden.
Wir werden jederzeit das Domizil weiterempfehlen und auch gerne selbst nochmal dorthin fahren.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und ausgesprochen schön eingerichtet. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Für die Kinder gab es ein gemeinsames Zimmer mit TV und eigenem Duschbad. In der Anlage gibt es einen schönen Pool und in dem zur Anlage gehörigen Clubhaus ein nettes Restaurant, das gutes Essen und eine prima Sangria anbietet. Dort ist neben dem Golfplatz auch eine Sauna und ein Fitnessraum vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist über eine 6-7 KM lange gute, aber kurvige Straße zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es nur einen Minimarkt ( Besitzer spricht nur Englisch ? ), Richtung Strand gibt es dafür alles was benötigt wird, auch Zahnarzt usw.. Der Strand direkt in Elviria ist einer der schönsten in der Umgebung. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Urlaub an diesem Ort und in dieser Wohnung super zufrieden, zumal die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sehr gut sind.

Espanol:
El apartamento está completamente amoblado y con gusto decorado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Hemos estado allí dos semanas con nuestros hijos de 8 y 12 años. Era para quedarse más tiempo…pero el trabajo!!! Los niños tenían su dormitorio en común con baño y televisión. En el área común de esa Community tiene una piscina y también se puede usar el club (que no está tan lejos) que tiene golf, fitness, sauna, restaurante, etc.
El apartamento está a 6 Km. de la playa. El trecho al apartamento nada fácil porque tiene muchas curvas y está casi en la cima de la montaña. La mayoría de los que viven en la zona son ingleses hasta en el kiosco te hablan solamente inglés. La playa más directa es Elviria, una de las zonas más bonitas en los alrededores.
A nosotros nos ha gustado mucho estas vacaciones en el apartamento por que desde allí se puede conocer otros lugares más como Ronda, Sevilla, Marbella, Málaga, Gibraltar, etc. Es para regresar otra vez!!!!!!!

Wir haben die Wohnung für 2 Wochen gemietet. Die Beschreibung entspricht exakt der Wohnung.

Hervorragend ruhig gelegen im Naturschutzgebiet, in 5 Minuten am Strand und endlich einmal tatsächlich Top ausgestattet in hervorragender Qualität, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Super Anlage, blitzblank, traumhafter Pool, grosse Zimmer und eine Terrasse mit Garten zum genießen.

So muss Urlaub sein, jederzeit wieder und der Preis ist mehr als angemessen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert und freundlich.

Die Golfplätze sind wie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuss ist der zur Anlage gehörende Club erreichbar, wo wechselnde Mittagsmenues für 10 € angeboten werden. Ein Fitnessstudio mit Saunen, inkl. Proshop mit Golftrainer sind angebunden.

Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal und können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen der wirklich etwas gutes sucht.

Ein Ausflug nach Mijas und Sevilla lohnen sich in jedem Fall.

Fully equipped apartment, in perfect condition.
Nice, enclosed winter garden.
Swimming pool and beautiful 9 hole par 27 golf course (free of charge) within 5 driving minutes incl. nice clubhouse.
Restaurants, shopping and highway with 10 minutes.
A great quiet place to stay, especially if you want to be away from Malaga/Marbella stress and noise and rather concentrated on day trips to the many interesting nearby destinations!
