You are offered to rent a house with 5 rooms and a kitchen in a beautiful and peaceful environment. There are two houses on the property, one large house and a small house. Description of the big house: 5-room and a kitchen in an area of 104 m². There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Description of the small house: 1 room with an area of 9, 9 m². Two single beds with spring-mattress. No water or toilet is in the small house. For the landlady the season of 2009 will be the first season to rent out this holiday home. Therefore there are not yet any pictures/photos available at the moment concerning the interior of the house. When the season starts, the holiday home will be furnished in a bright and cosy 'New England' style.

The house is located in a small community of summerhouses called Karintorp, between Hallsberg and Askersund, about 40 km south of Örebro. To Åsbro which is the nearest community is 3 km. There is a small supermarket, post office, pharmacy representatives, pizza shop, and gas station. There is also bus connection to the next places. Askersund is about 20 km. A picturesque little town with the port and charm at LakeVättern. From there boat tours can be made cruising the northern parts of Vättern. To Hallsberg is a major railway in Sweden, about 15 km. To Örebro is about 40 km (the sixth largest city in Sweden). The city has more than 130 000 inhabitants (2008). To Tivedens National Park, one of Sweden's most beautiful, it is about 40 km.

    Host:

    Deposit:
