This unique stone villa La Rafal da Baix on the foot of the mountain Puig de Maria and with a stunning view over the Colonya Valley is located about 10 minutes on foot from Palma coming from Pollenca and 3 minutes by car from the historical city centre of Pollenca. The golf course Pollenca is only a 5 minute drive away. The closest beaches are the Bay of Cala Sant Vicenc, Puerto Pollenca and Formentor. The cottage is cosy and furnished in a light and modern Mediterranean style. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday with the family, with friends or very romantic with only two people. The cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one is en suite and an open living- and dining room with a completely equipped kitchen that has all utensils and a dishwasher. The large, completely equipped terrace stretches out to the modern pool (salt instead of chlorine) and in the outdoor area you will find the BBQ. Idyllic cottage ambiance.

The old city of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful and traditional cities of northern Majorca. At all time you can enjoy the following: breakfast in one of the coffee houses, shopping in one of the boutiques or jewellery stores. There is a variety of art galleries, museums and different restaurants to eat during the day or evening and maybe to ring out the day on the picturesque market square with a glass of wine. The market fills Pollensa with colours and life on Sunday mornings. The harbour Puerto de Pollensa is perfect for strolling with its beach promenade surrounded by pine trees and the exclusive marina. Cala San Vicente is the closest bay to Pollensa. It is the jewel of Pollensa, beautifully located in the Tramuntana mountain chain, with a view of the colourful Mediterranean Sea and the mountain that juts out of the sea, the Cavall Bernat, the subject for many painters.
