I recently stayed at this apartment for a short weekend break. The landlady Uta is very pleasant and helpful and speaks English.
The apartment was very clean and tidy with ample storage space. There is a living room with a sofa bed, television (although no English channels) and candles which were a nice touch. Two other smaller sofas are also present.
The bathroom is large with plenty of storage space, a shower head and a lovely deep bath. Water pressure is good and very hot.
There is also a large kitchen with plenty of workspace, a fridge, coffee maker and sink. Uta was also able to lend me an iron and ironing board.
The location is one minute from the nearest U-Bahn and a short walk to the S-Bahn. It is perfectly located for local bars and shops to the east of the city centre.
The location was safe and I had no issues with noise either from neighbours or outside.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Alles was man braucht. Schlüssel bekommt man gleich von der Besitzerin nebenan in ihrem Laden. Super Lage in Friedrichshain. Tür auf und mitten im Leben der Großstadt. Viele kleine Shops und noch viel mehr Restaurants, Kaffees und Bars. U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür.
