Continued description of the house: The staircase leads to a galleried reception/ library with SAT TV, double sofa bed and with access to the roof terrace overlooking the pool and garden. There are two more double bedrooms up stairs. One with bathroom en suite and one bathroom that can be reached through the galleried reception/ library. This last bathroom has double wash hand basins, bidet, W.C. and a Jacuzzi bath with shower attachment. Outside there is a large 12' x 8' m salt water swimming pool with roman steps. Pool guard available. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass, almond trees and flowers. Next to the pool there is a sun bathing area with sun loungers. Next to the house there are several terraces with teak garden furniture. There are secure parkings within the grounds.
