Villa Yasemin is a wonderful, isolated house with pool, located in a small village unspoiled by tourism, 5 km above Kas. It stands on a 400 m2 large garden, with almond, lemon, and orange trees, bougainvillea and jasmine. It offers a lot of comfort on a large area. It is tastefully furnished, in parts with handmade solid wood furniture. The garden is enclosed by a natural stonewall, with a nice gate, which preserves your privacy. On the ground floor you will find: the living room with open fireplace and open plan kitchen, shower/WC, and the terrace. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, another shower/WC, as well as a large balcony. You will find a roof terrace on the roof, from where you can enjoy the fantastic view up to the sea and the Greek island of Meis. Here the sunsets are unforgettable. Exquisite peace, preserved nature, a house with a very special atmosphere.

Notes: Villa Yasemin is very tastefully furnished, the built-in kitchen, wardrobes in the bedrooms, beds and the suite in the living area are handmade. The kitchen is outstandingly equipped, even amateur cooks will find everything they need. The large garden offers a lot of place to stay, by the pool or under the almond tree. One can experience fantastic sunsets on the roof terrace. The living room, with its open fireplace, is a wonderful place during cool nights in winter.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Yasemin und haben uns wieder unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Das schöne Ambiente im Landhausstil, die ruhige Lage und der nächtliche Sternenhimmel sind ein Traum. Und Fatih kümmert sich um den Pool und den Garten und hat allerhand Insidertips.
Der Mietwagen, der zur Villa gehört ist natürlich klasse. Man gelangt in 5 Minuten zum Strand oder nach Kas.
