The apartment is situated in Viennas 'Mostgasse'. This is a very quiet side street to the busy street 'Wiedner Hauptstraße' where you find all important shopping facilities. Just round the corner there is a little parc with a children's play ground and a dog walking zone. With the tramway it is just a few minutes to 'Karlsplatz/Opera House', walking distance is about 15 minutes. Belvedere Castle is also reachable in about 15 minutes walking distance. The famous Vienna Naschmarkt you reach within 10 minutes walking distance. You see: An ideal point to explore the major attractions of Vienna. The apartment has two rooms: The sleeping room is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) an armoir and two bedstands. In the living room there is a kitchenette, a table with four chairs and a futon-sofa, which can be easily changed into a bed (size 160 x 200 cm).

The Viennese district Wieden is one of the best living districts in the city centre of Vienna. It is an ideal starting point for various sightseeing tours. You reach the historic centre of Vienna in about 15 minutes walking distance. If you take the tram you are even quicker. There you find Opera House, the Spanish Riding School, Hofburg, House of Music, etc. The Belvedere Castle is also reachable within a 15 minutes walk. The famous Vienna Naschmarkt, one of the hotspots of the city, you reach in about 10 minutes walking distance. If you take the underground you are in less then 30 minutes in Schönbrunn Castle with the wonderful gardens and zoo. For a visit of the leisure park Prater you take the tram from the station round the corner, which brings you directly there. The apartment is located between two Underground stations (each of them reachable in a walking distance of approximately 5 minutes): Line U1: station Taubstummengasse, Line U4: Station Kettenbrückengasse

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price includes all taxes, electricity, heating, hot water, towels and bedclothes for one guest. If two, three or four persons want to stay in the apartment we charge you with 30 Euro per stay for towels and bedclothes for each extra person.

    We charge nothing for final cleaning, if you give back the apartment in a proper condition with dishes washed, etc. If you do not like to do that yourself, we have to charge you for final cleaning. If you like we can provide cleaning and laundry service. Price per hour 15 Euro.

    If you like to use Internet in the apartment we can provide a USB Broadband Internet Stick for your stay. We would charge 20 Euro for this USB Stick which includes min. 500 MBE Data Volume. If the included Data Volume is used you can upload new Data Volume with a prepaid card which costs 20 Euro per GB.
  • If you plan a longer stay in Vienna or regularily come to Vienna and use our apartment we would be glad to make you an special offer with exceptional prices. Just tell us when and how long you plan to stay with how many persons in the apartment, so that we can make you an offer.
  • For reservation of the apartment in advance we would ask you to make a deposit to hold the reservation for you. You can pay this deposit via Paypal or bank transfer. If you cancel your reservation more than two month before arrival, we will return the deposit. If you cancel two months to four weeks before your arrival we will return only the half amount of your deposit. If you cancel four weeks to one week befora arrival we can only return 25 % of the deposit. For short term cancel (less than one week) or no show we will keep the whole deposit.

    The fee for the apartment has to be paid in advance on arrival in cash. We keep 100 Euro deposit until your departure. You get this money back when you return the keys and the apartment in a proper condition.

Just what we wanted

Martha made my wife & I very welcomed. We spent 4 days in the apartment which was very neat, clean & quiet. Opposite was a park & an excellent restuarant at the far end of it. 2 mins walk.
The market & centre of town is 15/20mins away, easy walking. Buses & trams can got on the main street -Wiedner Hauptsrasse- 3 mins where there are many shops, bars & restuarants.
We had a wonderful time in Vienna & also had our quiet times.
We would recommend staying in this apartment for 2 adults or 4 young people & hope you enjoy it as we did.

It's a cozy apartment, very clean and comfortable for 2-3 people. The building is in quiet residential area, 15 min walk from the center and market, many good restaurants and supermarkets. The owner, Martha, is a very nice women, she was very helpful.
The only disadvantage of this place was absence of the internet.
We spent 4 days there at the end of April and like it a lot.

Das Apartment Wieden hat alle unsere Ansprüche an eine Ferienunterkunft perfekt erfüllt: sauber, freundlicher Empfang, alle Einrichtungen neu und funktionsfähig. Super Lage Nähe Wiedner Hauptstraße und Naschmarkt. Schön ruhig und Ausblick ins Grüne. Ideal um Wien zu erkunden. Wir kommen wieder!
