Photos and Description of this Smaland holiday cottage 120sqm ground surface for 2-6 persons, 6000sqm grounds with forest and meadows

Our private house is an approx. 90 year-old typical Smaländ wooden house with red facades and white windows. On the ground floor there’s a large living room with two old fireplaces, the dining room also contains an open fireplace. The kitchen includes fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker (oven and microwave). The rooms have been carefully renovated and at the moment they are furnished with ancient local furniture. We value a happy, Scandinavian atmosphere. Toilet and bathroom (shower) have been newly built. The upper storey has bed space for 6 persons. A TV aerial receives all German transmissions. The large grounds contain a spacious shed for bicycles, garden furniture and tools. The only neighbour is approx. 200m away. All shops, doctors and community services are approx.8km away. To let all year round.

In the local area there are lots of larger and smaller lakes with the bester water quality. To get to the cities of Växjö and Kalmar it’s about 45 or 60 minutes by car. All of the glass huts of the Swedish glass realm are easy to get to, and you can buy handmade glass cheaply and watch it being made. As well as lots of nature reserves, Öland island’s world heritage status (Stora Alvaret) has thousands of years of culture in a unique landscape.

Michel aus Lönneberga, oder vielleicht Emil, sie sind in Småland zu Hause. Fagraskruv könnte in den Geschichten eine bedeutende Rolle spielen. Dies Torp könnte mit zu herausragenden gesellschaftlichen Treffpunkten zu jener Zeit gehört haben. Das fleißig und sensibel renovierte Fagraskruv zeigt gepaart mit Elementen des modernen Haushaltes, Leben in einem Haus in Schweden während des vergangenen Jahrhunderts. Großzügig und geschmackvoll wurde das Haus renoviert und bietet auch kinderreichen Familien einen erholsamen Urlaub „mitt i naturen“(sv.) Ausflüge an idyllische Seen in der Nachbarschaft und in Filialen des „Glasrikes“ (Glasreiches) ermöglichen einen interessanten, auch abenteuerlichen Familienurlaub. Vielleicht treffen Sie Ronja Räubertochter? Aber sicher klopfen Trolle und Gnome ans Fenster. „Sommarhuset“ Fagraskruv ist in jedem Fall eine Möglichkeit, typischen Schwedenurlaub fernab von Touristenpfaden zu erleben. „Tack så mycket!“ …..Vielen Dank…

Traumhaus in Schwedens Wildnis

Wir (eine Familie mit zwei KIndern) waren Mitte Juli bis Anfang August für zwei Wochen in dem bildhübschen Ferienhaus, das toll eingerichtet mitten im wunderschönen Südschweden steht. Offener Kamin, Wintergarten mit Blick auf die unberührte Natur. Morgens kamen die Rehe, Mittags sonnte sich der Hase und von weitem röhrte der Elch. Erholung pur ist also garantiert. Optimale Lage für Ausflüge an traumhafte Seen und die nahe Ostsee. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit 15 Autominuten entfernt. Kurzum: Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub im Traumhaus.

Traumhaftes Schweden-Haus in ländlicher Idylle

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem typischen Smaland-Häuschen verbracht, das sehr geschmackvoll und hübsch eingerichtet ist. Die tollen Bilder halten also, was sie versprechen! Es war auch sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles funktionierte usw. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gab uns etliche nützliche Tipps rund um das Haus. Vor Ort kümmert sich auch jemand um das Häuschen und ist im Notfall auch erreichbar. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen bzw. können dieses Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Im Haus sind auch zahlreiche Informationen für Ausflüge und Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung zusammengestellt. Unser Fazit: Note 1!
