You place value on relaxation and privacy, but you don't want to be far away from everything? Then you are perfect here! An oasis of tranquility in the middle of a pine forest, however, only a 5 minute drive from Santa Eulalia and 10 minutes from Ibiza. A house in a country style (construction 2004) that offers a lot of comfort. Tastefully furnished and decorated, completely equipped kitchen, wine refrigerator, etc. From the 18,000 m2 property, 4000 m2 are enclosed and there is an electric entrance gate. There is a dog kennel for guests that want to bring along their four legged friends for their holiday. The jacuzzi bath for 2 people invites you to have romantic moments. The covered Chill out corner on the patio is the ideal place for quiet summer nights with good music and an ice-cold drink. We are waiting for you.

Golf: The golf course of Ibiza is located only 10 minutes by car from the house. There are 27 holes on the course. Green fee players are welcome. It is a demanding course, a challenge for every golfer. Since there are not many members and no hotel, the course is not often visited and you do not need to reserve tee off times. The golfers of Ibiza are privileged in this regard and call it 'millionaires golf', because you never have to wait.

Wir haben schon oft Häuser auf Ibiza gemietet und waren sehr angenehm überrascht von Casa Jacaranda als wir dort ankamen. Sehr geräumig, 2 sehr grosse Schlafzimmer, Top Küchenausstattung, gemütliche überdachte Terrasse mit grossem Pool. Ausserdem ist die Lage sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man in Santa Eulalia und auch nach Ibiza sind es nur 10 Minuten. Und dabei hat man totale Ruhe, kein Verkehr, schöner grüner Pinienwald rund herum, die Erholung pur. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen wieder! Jean und Marie
