Holiday house in a unique location for a maximum of 6 persons. Magnificent views of the South Foreland, the English Channel with its shipping traffic and the French Coast (Cote Opale). Suited all year round for holidays and different interests. Because of Gulf Stream climate, often good weather. Extremely quiet, rural location in a private side road, private garden. Numerous hiking trails in the bay or on the cliffs of Dover or to Deal directly from the house. Many attractive excursion opportunities for children and the grown-ups in the vicinity. London can be reached within 1.5 to 2 hours by car or public transport. The size of the house is about 100 square meters, it has 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, a 'Sun Room' (viewing room), 1 bathroom and 1 shower/ WC, a large living room with dining area and fire place, and a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and washing machine. The house is mostly furnished with all-wood furniture.

St. Margarets is a small, typical English village, not a center of tourism, divided into St. Margarets at Cliffe and St. Margarets Bay. This small bay (1500 meters away) is an incision into the world famous White Cliffs of Dover. With the port of Dover and seaside resort Deal all supply options are available within 15 minutes by car. A 24-hour supermarket is 10 minutes away by car, if you do not prefer the 'village shop' . The county of Kent is not without reason called the 'Garden of England'. Excursions are very romantic. Cultural highlights are found in Canterbury with its historic old town (30) and London (90 minutes). Top destinations: Howlett's Zoo Park (especially gorillas and elephant breeding), Port Lympne Zoo, Dymchurch, Hythe, New Romney historical miniature steam railway, Dover Castle and many other castles, Samphire Hoe (Peninsula formed from Channel Tunnel construction material) .
