Angenehmer Aufenthalt - zentral - praktisch

Wohnung ist sehr angenehm, ruhig, schön eingerichtet und sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Öffentliche Verkehrsmitel sehr nah, U-Bahn max. 5 bis 7 Min Fußweg. Für alle Radlerfreunde: Empfehlenswert Räder zu mieten, lassen sich auch gut in der U-Bahn transprotieren, wenn es einem zu viel wird.

Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Störend waren nur die Mülleimer im Hinterhof, zumindest für uns Langschläfer!

Wir haben 5 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung in Berlin Charlottenburg verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss in einem Hinterhaus und war absolut ruhig und doch super zentral gelegen. In der Strasse selbst waren viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen. Das Schloss Charlottenburg ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Buslinie 109 in ca. 3-5 Minuten. Mit diesem Bus ist man sehr schnell am S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg, auf dem Kuhdamm oder am Zoologischen Garten.
Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Betten und die Sofas sind sehr bequem. Ein W-Lan Anschluss ist auch vorhanden. Klasse ist auch die Waschmaschine für längere Aufenthalte. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren auch reichlich vorhanden.
Der Kontrakt zur Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sehr nett.
Als Fazit war unser Aufenthalt in Berlin dank dieser schönen Wohnung sehr angenehm, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne, perfekt ausgestattete, gepflegte, Wohnung, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Alledings handelt es sich um eine Wohnung im Gartenhaus, was dazu führt, dass die Wohnung relativ dunkel ist. Aber die geschmackvolle Einrichtung macht das wett und man hört keinen Verkehrslärm. Vermieterin sehr nett, wir fühlten uns Willkommen!
