The house is rented during the months from April to October. It is located peacefully from traffic on a hill with a beautiful view of the valley. Large property with a forest, lawns, 2 terraces, BBQ area, garden shower, table tennis, badminton/soccer field, bicycles and castle de Biron nearby. The house is located in a peaceful location far from traffic in the countryside of south-western France about 40 km south of Bergerac towards Agen on the edge of Perigord. The rivers Dordogne to the north and the Lot to the south of the house offer stunning swimming options and historically impressive destinations. The facade of the house to the street was completely redesigned in 2007. The house is located on a slope with a beautiful view of a hilly landscape facing the southwest. From the terrace of the house to the garden you can look at a pond located at the foot of the property from the farmers M. Latour and you will have a wonderful view of the valley. The property is about 5000 m².

The house is located in a peaceful location far from traffic in the countryside of south-western France about 40 km south of Bergerac towards Agen on the edge of Perigord. The rivers Dordogne to the north and the Lot to the south of the house offer stunning swimming options and historically impressive destinations. The holiday home is located in a small city with 2 residents near Chateau de Biron from the 11th/12th Siecle on the path to Monpazier with its old and open market. It is located on a large square that is surrounded by historical houses. On the corner of the square you will find alleys in all directions in which you will find restaurants, shops and antiques. To the west you can reach Villereal in 7 km, whose open market hall offers even more impressive and interesting Wednesday and Saturday markets in July/August. On the edge of the city in Intermarche, you can take care of your larger purchases. In the pool in Mandassagne, you can go swimming.

In exceptional cases, we can arrange for the cleaning on request. We will charge you € 100.00 for this.
