The holiday home Alcanada has two levels. In the lower area you will find the large living room with a dining table and a terrace with a sea view. A well-equipped kitchen, guest WC with shower and a utility room with a washing machine. In the upper area you will find three nice, spacious bedrooms. From all rooms you will have a view of the Bay of Alcudia. Two bedrooms have direct access to a large terrace. A bathroom with shower and a shower/bath en suite. The house is designed so that you can have a beautiful view of the Bay of Alcudia from nearly all rooms. A/C warm/cold is available. There is also SAT-TV, radio and CD player.

The holiday home is located above the historical old city of Alcudia on the peninsula of Alcanada with a direct view of the Bay of Alcudia. Swimming options, a nice small sand bay or a cliff bay are near the house. By car, you can get to the expansive beach of Port d'Alcudia in five minutes and also directly to the harbour. Here you will find the pedestrian zone, the Paseo with a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The Paseo Maritimo invites you to go on a stroll. You can also go on nice excursions by ship to the bays of Alcudia or Pollensa. The popular golf course of Alcanada can also be reached in just five minutes from the house.
