The villa is located on a mountain chain about 140m from the sea with a stunning view of the island of Portichol, of the Cap de Sant Marti, the surrounding villa regions and the far away mountain landscape. The newly built house is very well-equipped (see more information about equipment) and is separated as follows: on the ground floor you will find the 40 m² living-dining room, which is faces both the sea and the mountains and is connected to the 80 m² pool terrace with the 8x4m pool. As is normal for Spain, part of the terrace is covered (Naya). Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The upper floor consists of a studio with a fantastic sea view, 2 roof terraces, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Due to its division and equipment, the house is ideal for 2 befriended couples or families.

Javea - or Xábia - is one of the most attractive locations in Spain and is located about in the middle between Valencia and Alicante at the foot of the Montgo, exactly across from Ibiza. The Costa Blanca starts in the north and shows its most diverse and beautiful sides: a wonderful cliff coast with stunning bays, a lush Mediterranean vegetation and a very mild and healthy climate, protected from mass tourism and mass constructions. Casa Portichol is located in a preferred, peaceful villa region directly above the beautiful Barraca bay (See photo). More picturesque natural beaches like Cala de la Granadella (see photo) and vantage points (for example, only a 5 minute walk from "La Falzia" or the Cap Negre" are located in the nearby environment, also 2 shopping facilities and multiple recommendable restaurants. The large beach and the promenade of Javea Arenal can be reached in 7 min., the old city and harbour in about 12 min.
