This large and luxurious holiday house stands in generous grounds. There are several quite secluded terraces and a pool of 5 x 10 m (approx.). The expectations of the most demanding holidaymaker are met here. The German owner of the house really put his heart into it when he constructed the house and lovingly considered every detail, including the decoration and all the fabrics and furnishings, which have been carefully coordinated. The property is in fact two separate houses, connected by a central common entrance area. We can, therefore, offer guests two different options: you can either rent the entire house with five bedrooms, and have it all to yourself, or you can rent the two houses separately, one house with three bedrooms and the other with two. In the latter case, all guests have shared use of the pool, garden, terraces and the utility space.

In the green and sunny south-west of Tenerife - just west of Playa de Las Americas - lies the resort of 'Playa Paraíso', which is part of the village of Armeñime. In the last 2-3 years luxury up-market holiday houses have been built around the outskirts of the village, creating a new residential area with a fantastic view of the deep-blue Atlantic Ocean and of the Island of La Gomera, just opposite. It’s only some 400 m down to the sea. The quiet town of Playa Paraíso was one of the first holiday villages to appear in the south of Tenerife. Today’s visitors expect plenty of sunshine and a good tourist infrastructure with lots on offer. The village is surrounded by lush green banana plantations and is located right beside the sea. A commercial high street forms the centre of the resort, with plenty of restaurants, bars, boutiques, pharmacies and a lot more besides.

Notes: The entire internal area is around 250 m² and is divided between two living rooms, two kitchens, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The entire property covers 1,050 m² (approx). There is a really large sun terrace with sun beds and garden furniture, and a barbecue. The terraces are so large that you always have sun and a fantastic view of the sea too. Alongside the two living rooms the terraces are roofed, to provide more shade. The guests of Villa Palazzo have sole use of the solar-heated swimming pool and need not concern themselves with other guests. Various trees and shrubs, and lawn, make up some 300 m² of garden. Up a flight of stairs you’ll find the roof terrace, complete with two pergolas, where you can choose to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade.

The equipment:: In both living-rooms you’ll find comfortable sofas and a TV with satellite connection for the reception of major international television and radio channels. There is a stereo system with radio, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is not separated from the living-room. The dining table is so large that all guests can sit together at the table. The luxury kitchen is amazing, and is equipped with just about everything: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. As there are two kitchens, there is two of everything. In the basement area there is a utility room with a washing machine, iron and an ironing board. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome basket of fresh fruit and drinks.

Journey times:: Costa Adeje is about 5 minutes away, and the small harbour at “Puertito” about 2 minutes away. With a little luck while snorkelling you may find native sea turtles there. You could also go to Playa San Juan; it’s only about 10 minutes in the car. The town is also surrounded by banana and tomato plantations. Although the area has been developed in recent years, the town still retains its original charm. In the Plaza, with its tall trees and benches there are cafés and restaurants, and in the evening it becomes an interesting and lively place to meet. There are, of course, some very good fish restaurants there too. South Airport 20 minutes North Airport 80 minutes

More: Sun-lovers know of the beautiful weather that can be enjoyed in the south-west. The beach at Playa Paraíso is bordered by large flat rocks, just inviting you to come and sunbathe. Playa Paraíso is a great place for sports activities too, such as scuba diving, swimming or hiking. In the immediate vicinity you’ll find tennis courts as well as the beautiful 27-hole Costa Adeje golf course.

Wir haben hier einen unglaublichen Urlaub verbracht, die Anlage wunderschön und sehr sehr sonnig und hell ...
Marijan, ein wunderbarer Mensch, hat uns so herzlich aufgenommen, obwohl die Anlage erst ab April zur Vermietung zur Verfügung stand, hat er uns sofort Angeboten bei Ihm einzuziehen, da wir zuerst etwas Pech mit der Unterkunft in den Bergen hatten... es hat nur geregnet , gewindet und die Wohnung war kalt....er hat uns mit einer Herzlichkeit aufgenommen, die wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt haben... einfach ein ganz toller Urlaub..
Wir sind als Fremde gekommen und als Freunde gegangen...

Der Abschied ist uns noch nie so schwer gefallen, wie in diesem Jahr... es war ein wenig wie Famile....
