Top equipment with 9x5 m pool and 2.50 kiddie pool (70 cm), spacious and private terraces, large roof terrace with wonderful sea view. Very rich equipment with LCD TV, satellite digital tuner, ADR radio, hifi system with DVD, DSL connection (free), telephone (local conversations free), alarm system for your safety. Enclosed pool area, secluded, separate living terrace with doors to the pool (child safety). For small guests, there is a crib and high chair plus dishes and utensils for children. Spacious, new, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, computer controlled stove, gas range, extraction hood. Fridge-freezer combo Bathrooms with separate showers and high-quality furnishing Daily cleaning service. Parking space by the house, enclosed large property with a stunning garden.

Vale de MIlho is located on the edge of the romantic fishing village of Carvoeiro with a special flair about 4 min. from the centre. A few minute walk to the golf course. Tennis court in Rocha Brava can be reached on foot. The Centianes beach with good access can be reached on foot and by car (good parking spaces). (guarded beach with loungers and refreshments). A lot of restaurants nearby can be reached on foot, along with ice cream shops, bars, good shopping facilities nearby. A lot of attractions nearby: Monchique mountains, Silves castle, Portimao as a pulsating business centre of the Algarve with a large harbour and ferry connection to the Canaries and Madeira.. Multiple shopping centres nearby for shopping, a lot of outlet stores. A lot of Marinas nearby. Nearby you will find beaches with cliff bays typical for the western Algarve In a shot distance you will find multiple water parks and dolphin centres.
