Modern, light, spacious new construction finca, 15000 m² property, about 350 m² living space 4 double bedrooms, all equipped with a/c and with en suite bathroom: 2 bedrooms in the lower area, 2 bedrooms on the upper floor: the bedrooms are located FAR from one another and guarantee privacy. The 2 upper rooms have access to the upper terrace with a fantastic view. All rooms are equipped with double beds (2 x 2m) and separate, extra soft individual covers, all have an en suite bathroom (shower). Living room-salon, a/c, SAT-TV (flat screen TV), mini CD system, sofa, chair, table for eating and/or for game nights, wifi internet connection free of charge. Kitchen with fridge-freezer combo, gas stove (4 plates), oven, microwave, water cooker, dishwasher and a lot more. Stunning overflow pool 8x4m, teak wood outdoor shower, terraces with enough space and teak wood sun loungers, large dining table. Parking space, garage for 1 car.
