We are very happy that you are taking some time to get to know 'your' holiday address in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, one of the most beautiful areas on earth. Our stunning apartments are located very centrally, but still peacefully in the district of Partenkirchen. Here you can enjoy relaxation and a stunning view of the mountains. An ideal holiday address also without a car, because everything can be reached on foot. Nearby you will find everything for everyday needs, a bakery and a supermarket can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. A public telephone booth is located directly in front of the house. The bus stop for the free local bus and the train station are about 10 minutes away. In a few minutes, you can reach the most beautiful hiking paths around Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Friends of cross country sports will love it here. The entrance to the trails is located about 5 minutes away.

The very beautiful and completely new apartment is about 80 m2 and has enough space for up to 4 adults and 2 children. It is very well equipped with SAT TV, radio/CD player, dishwasher, microwave, heated flooring in the bathroom and walk-in closet and thus offers you the ideal settings for a perfect holiday. For the very small children, there is a high chair, a travel bed with bedsheets and a change corner! Due to the south-east location, you can enjoy a lot of stunning sunny hours on the balcony. Bed sheets and towels are included.

The visitor's tax is currently € 2 per person/day and charged extra. Children up to their 16th year (year in which the child becomes 16!) are exempt from the visitor's tax.
