This charming cottage finca with a pool is idyllically located between Son Ferriol and Sineu in an enclosed nature protection region. The finca holiday apartment Vienna is located on about 3000m² in a completely enclosed forest property that can be reached through a private path. The apartment has a separate entrance, the German owners live in the main house with his 2 nice dogs and a cat. They are available at all times to help you and give you insider tips. This apartment has a living space of about 65 m² and has 1 double bedroom with an additional loft, 1 living-dining room with a sofa bed and kitchenette and a shower/bath. From the apartment you will have direct access to the pool and the covered and open terraces, in the middle of this terrace you will find the beautiful 5x10 m pool. This beautiful, rustic, romantic property is located in a perfect, peaceful location.
