This luxurious holiday apartment is located in the eastern part of Majorca located only 50 m from the beach (2nd line from the sea) in a small private complex. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and was built in a consistent Mediterranean style that was done according to the architectural concept of Majorcan cities and villages. This holiday apartment for 2-4 people has a living space of 80 m² and a private terrace of 20 m² and has 1 living - dining room with all luxuries like a SAT TV and a/c, two modern bathrooms, an open kitchenette and two double bedrooms. The entire apartment is very tastefully and newly furnished. Taste and quality in all details. The apartment has spacious terraces. The indoor and outdoor pool in the Pula Golf Hotel (about 3 km) can be used free of charge, just like the tennis courts, you will receive a 50% discount for the golf course.

This holiday apartment is located near the villa urbanisation Costa de los Pins, here you will find nearly untouched beaches, tranquillity and peace. All shopping facilities and countless bars and restaurants are just around the corner and can be reached on foot. The distance to the inland city of Son Servera is about a 5-10 minute drive, Son Servera is the location of the nearby Costa de los Pinor, but also the coastal cities of Cala Millor and Cala Bona. The city centre is very beautiful with its parish church from the 18th century, countless bars and appealing restaurants. The distance to the airport is about 40 minutes by car, the closest golf course can be reached in 5-8 minutes. What else could you wish for?
