This stylish newly constructed finca with a pool and a fantastic view was built in 2008. It is located on a 15000 m² property in the heart of Majorca. The charming finca has a very peaceful location, far from tourism, not far from the inland cities of Porreras and Montuiri embedded in the enchanting landscape. On the finca Mayolet you will find elegance, comfort and simplicity - all as one unit. The beautiful finca has a living space of about 200 m² that is separated on to 2 floors and has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 spacious living-dining room with SAT TV and a modern, open, completely furnished kitchen. From all rooms you will have access to the expansive pool terrace. The finca can be inhabited by 6 people as well through the usage of a separate guest house. In front of the house you will find more beautiful terraces with marble benches that invite you to unwind.

The Finca Mayolet is located between the charming inland cities of Porreras and Montuiri, this region is the geographic centre of Majorca and is simultaneously the highlight of the Es Pla area. In the city of Porreras you will find countless bars, restaurants and cafes and everything for your daily needs. To the beach of Es Trenc it is about a 20 min. drive, the airport can be reached in about 25 min. This region in the middle of the island is perfect for island excursions of all types. The beaches, the Tramuntana mountains and a lot of attractions can be reached quickly. Here you can experience original Majorca far from mass tourism.
