For a very beautiful holiday! *Marie* is a tasteful apartment in the romantic cottage style, with a lot of attention paid to detail, where you will immediate feel comfortable. It offers you a spacious, cosy living room with a high-quality, comfortable cuddly couch in front of the fireplace, a completely furnished kitchen with a hatch and a harmonic bedroom (with "good night" mattresses). Furthermore, also available: a furnished balcony and a roof terrace with a panorama view to the sea with privacy for sunbathing. You will live in a peaceful multiple family house with friendly neighbours. It is located near the centre of Cala Ratjada: the harbour can be reached on foot in 10min and in 5min you can reach the picturesque bay Cala Agulla, which is one of the most beautiful bays on Majorca. Mein 1-wöchiger Urlaub in der Casa Marie vom 04.03. war sehr erholsam.Die Ferienwohnung entspricht den Fotos und ist sehr praktisch und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Wir haben zu zweit uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder nach Cala Ratjada in dieses Feriendomizil.Lange Spaziergänge,welche wir direkt von der Haustür aus weg machen konnten und die super zentrale Lage haben uns besonders gut gefallen.Besonders der nahe gelegene Supermarkt macht kurzfristiges Einkaufen möglich;Gemütlichkeit im Wohnzimmer und auch Bummeln am Abend an der Hafenpromenade haben unsern Tag abgerundet.Unsere Nachbarn werden auch im Herbst dorthin reisen,da sie sehr begeistert von unseren Urlaubsfotos waren.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet! Man merkt, dass sie auch von der Eigentümerin regelmäßig selbst bewohnt wird, so ist alles vorhanden, was mensch im Alltag so benötigt. In 10min ist man zu Fuß an der Cala Agulla. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich, da die Fewo direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Abends ist (zumindest im Sommer) auf dem Balkon mit Straßenlärm zu rechnen, vor allem von grölenden "Pseudo-Ballermännern". Die große Dachterrasse ist zwar riesig, kann aber im Sommer nicht richtig genutzt werden, da kein Schatten vorhanden ist und es aufgrund der Hitze nicht auszuhalten ist. Dafür ist der Balkon für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend und gut nutzbar. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet und kann weiter empfohlen werden.

die zentral gelegene Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet;es fehlt an Nichts;das ruhig gelegene Schlafzimmer sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf;die Küche lädt ein zum Kochen nach Wunsch,da alles an wichtigen Küchenutensilien vorhanden ist.Der zu Fuss in 3 Min.erreichbare Supermarkt "Eroski" bietet alles,was man braucht zu moderaten Preisen;toll dass er am Sonntag auch geöffnet ist.Die Bratwurstbude vor der Tür(in 2 Min.)ist sehr zu empfehlen,da die Ware a la minute frisch gebraten wird...die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich.Das Frühjahr,wir waren im März dort,ist eine tolle Reisezeit auf Mallorca,da es von den Temperaturen zum Wandern einlädt.Von der Wohnung aus gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten,zu wandern;z.B. von der Cala Agulla zur Cala Mesquida sind es 1 Std. 20 Min.
