Detached house in sunny location on forest's edge with park-like garden (2000m² with trees). Parking space by house. The holiday apartments are non-smoking & have a living room with a couch & armchair, cable TV, telephone, 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms or shower/bath, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. Each apartment has a balcony or exit to the garden terrace. From the house you will find kilometre-long hiking paths into the forest and up the mountains, easy to average. The swimming pool and the sauna can be reached through stairs or a lift, water temperature about 28 CM; with warm weather, the bath in the garden is opened. DURING WINTER: heated ski room for sport devices & shoes. For skiers, snowboards, ski school & ski clothing, our guests receive a 15% discount at Intersport Rent in Igls with advance order. The valley station of the cable cars and the stations from the city buses and the ski buses can be reached in a 3 min walk, 7-8 to centre.

Olympic city IGLS with Tirol character & international flair at 900 m above sea level on the sunny plateau (300 elevated meters above Innsbruck - spa region); from the house, hiking paths and bike trails to the forest paths; summers, the cable car (3 minute walk from the house) brings you 2000 m above sea level to stunning hiking paths (Swiss stone pine path, Nordic walking, guided hikes); two 9-hole golf courses in 3 and 6 minutes by car and an 18 hole championship golf course 12 minutes away by car; riding arena (3 minutes by car); natural lake 20 minutes on foot. During the winter, the Patscherkofel cable car and the Olympia express lift bring skiers to the stunning slopes (900 m - 2250 m); for those brave enough: the olympic bobsledding and tobbogan run for guest rides. The best public transportation connections to Innsbruck are by bus and tram; Tirol's capitol is a cultural highlight: Tirol theater, in June 'summer dance', in July-Aug. 'weeks of old music', symphony and concerts.
