Sóller, known for its orange, lemon and olive plantations, is located in northwest of Majorca in a valley that runs across to the Tramuntana mountains and reaches onto the sea. The loft is located in the old town centre of Soller. The extraordinary, light flooded loft is located in a former textile factory in the centre of Sóller. While preserving the original style elements, the loft was recently completely reconstructed. The living space of about 480 m² and 6 m high ceilings is dispersed over two floors. You can get to the spacious loft with elegant living area with a kitchen through an enormous entrance, guest WC as well as a 100 m² large patio. On the top floor you will find four enormous bedrooms (each 40 m²) with en suite bathrooms and a terrace of 20 m². There is also another 80 m² living room. Central heating! The object is ideal for booking a holiday as well as for celebrations, events or incentives.

The nearby beach and harbour of Port Soller and the nearby golf courses, first-class restaurants, a lot of shopping possibilities, cultural offers and the close proximity to Palma, offer everything that makes a perfect holiday.
