This apartment in a stunning location offers the best options for seeing and enjoying Palma and its environment. One bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom and a second room with a double bed offer enough space for you. A second bathroom gives off an appropriate amount of comfort. The kitchen is practically integrated into the living room. The communal pool is only seldom used by the local residents there. The central location is the a big advantage for this apartment. The house has two entrances: One right on the shore promenade and one with a direct access to the inner city. The city can be reached by bicycle, bus, car or on foot in just a few minutes. A large supermarket is only a 2 minute walk away. The night life of the city can be reached on foot. The apartment is located on the backside of the house, however, offers a good view of the harbour.

The apartment is located directly on the harbour, on the Paseo Maritimo. The house is located west of the harbour, not far from the auditorium. The shopping centre of Porto Pi can be reached on foot. Cathedrals and old city in the eastern part of the city can both be reached in a 10min ride by bicycle (available at the house). You can get to the inner city in 10min by bus, which stops directly in front of the house.
