The romantic finca Ca'n Ramia was built according to traditional Majorcan architecture and is not far from the village of Costitx. It is located on a 7000m² property, completely enclosed, in the heart of Majorca in a very peaceful location far from tourism. The cottage offers space for up to 6 people (7 people with a cot) with its three bedrooms and has 1 spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen and bar, 1 small office with ISDN tel., PC connection, printer and fax machine, 1 room with a washing machine and freezer and 1 wine cellar. Directly in front of the house you will find the large pool area with several covered and uncovered terraces, along with a sauna and the beautifully designed, Mediterranean garden. Experience the Majorcan lifestyle and enjoy the fantastic panorama view of the Tramuntana mountains from this tasteful finca.

The natural stone finca Ca'n Ramia is about 1.5km outside of the enchanting village of Costitx. The old village of Costitx with its 800 residents is located on a mountain chain between Inca and Sineu. It has preserved the picturesque character of a typical Majorcan village. Around the church and market place you will find simple bars and everything that you otherwise would need. The distance to the closest beaches is about a 30min drive, the airport and Palma can be reached in about 20min. Unwind and enjoy this beautiful cottage finca. Here you can experience the original Majorca - far from mass tourism.
