The house has been affectionately reconstructed. Persuade yourselve of the uniqueness and the special atmosphere of our holiday apartment right in the middle of the green park of Leipzig. Its romantic situation allows bicycle excursions to the historical city centre (only 10 minutes) or to many near situated places of your personal interest. You could cycle from the apartment even up to the Leipzig 'lakeland' - without crossing any asphalt! Our exclusive holiday apartment is equipped with tasteful pieces of furniture and accessories. The situation is absolutely quiet. By car you reach the centre in approx. 5 min and in approx. 10 min get to the central station. Different footpaths and jogging ways lead from the apartment directly into the park.

The representative town villa has been redeveloped extravagantly and is located in one of the best districts of Leipzig, in Schleussig. This popular district is stamped by its cultivated attractive villas and apartment houses from the early 1920´s and borders directly on the city centre. A big variety in shopping possibilities, medical care as well as a good choice in restaurants has transformed Schleussig to a dynamic residential and business district with an above-average standard of life quality. The bus and metro stop is only 300 metres away, with the line 1 or 2 you can reach within 10 minutes the city centre; by the car in 5 minutes, by foot through the park in only 15 minutes.

The Centre of Leipzig:: The Leipzig city centre is valid as one nicest in Germany! The variety of cultural offers invite to many leisure activities: the garment house, the opera, the new museum - everything at 10 minutes accessible. The Leipzig 'Barfußgässchen' (alley) in the city centre is a must for all Leipzig visitors! A visit of the gasometre from J . Assisi is especially interesting, the present exhibition theme is the rain forest - unique in Germany. The Leipzig south suburb begins at the other end of the park and is a lively student quarter with many restaurants and bars. Not far is the famous 'Gottschedstrasse' with many restaurants and bars and good looking people.

Excursions:: For excursions or just relaxing visit the famous Leipzig zoo or the romantic rose valley or the 'Gohlis castle'. In Summer try a ail on the Cospudener and Markkleeberger lake or go to Leipzig's 'Disneyland', the Belantispark, just 15 minutes driving distance by car. The holiday apartment is also an ideal starting point for excursions to Weimar, Germany´s most romantic town Quedlinburg, Halle or Dresden (1 hrs. by car). The Döbelner moor, the Saxonian Switzerland or the Erzgebirge are othe interesting landscpaes you shouldn´t miss. They can be visited on a day trip.
