Surrounding of Puerto Pollenca and its beaches:
In the surroundings of Puerto Pollenca you will find the beautiful beaches and countless other beaches and bays. We recommend the beaches of Formentor, Cala San Vicente and Playa de Muro/Alcudia.
The distance to all beaches is less than 10 minutes by car.
A highlight is, for example, (and this is possible without your own car!) that if you take the public bus 100 m from the house, you can enjoy a short drive through the mountains of Formentor and after a stop, you will be at the dream beach of Formentor with crystal clear water and unforgettable scenery.
Just like all beaches, you will also find good food in different restaurants with direct access to the sea. After a wonderful day, take the ferry back to Puerto Pollensa and enjoy the ride through the bay and the short path home along the beautiful promenade. An unforgettable day!
Motor and sail boats and surfboards can be rented in the nearby harbour.
The surrounding of the property:
From this beautiful villa in an idyllic location in the famous urbanisation of Can Singala, it is just a few seconds to the small, fine sand beaches on the western end of the famous pine promenade. Children will find crystal-clear, shallow water and adults have the possibility to go swimming in the unique panorama of the bay before breakfast or you can relax and jog along the promenade and you can let your eyes wander over the sea. Here you will find a relaxed, nearly private atmosphere - unique! After this, you can enjoy breakfast in the sun on the roof terrace or you can go in the garden under a beautiful Mediterranean Maple tree. On the beach you will find sun umbrellas and loungers, along with place to play, fish, go canoeing, surfing and sailing (German sailing school 1 km away). Enjoy a sun downer during the evening on the picturesque lake terrace of the attached elegant Hotel Illa D'Or while your children play on the beach in front of your eyes or fish from the pier.
Note about the accommodation:
Zacarella has a fireplace in the living-dining room and individual radiators in the rooms.
The light-flooded apartment with sleeping accommodations for 2 people and space for a crib contains a shower/bath with WC and a small pantry with cooking facilities, fridge and washing machine. A glass door and a lamella door connect with the terrace and garden.
The house is near the sea and it is u n i q u e and particularly ideal for families with children, because there are hardly any houses that can be rented so close to the beach.
The wonderful, private residential complex of Can Singala, in which the domicile is peacefully located in the southern area, is free from a through-street and is only used by the owners. A lot of noble trees, shade-providing pines, palm trees and Mediterranean plants decorate the gardens and a walk through this beautiful complex is amazing.
Golf:
In 5 km you can reach the picturesque 6 hole golf course of Pollenca. It is known for its beautiful complex in this unique landscape and offers an open view of the bay of Pollenca.
After a 10 minute drive, you can reach the new, highly elevated exclusive 18 hole golf course of Aucanada.
Here you will find everything. From 16 holes you can look over the sea. (Not much different than in California!)
On the island you will find a variety of beautiful golf courses - all can be reached within about 40 minutes.
