Super Ausgangslage

Wir waren zweimal als 4er-WG für 14 Tagen in der Wohnung untergebracht und haben jeweils ein Semester an der Deutschen Immobilienakademie in Freiburg besucht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für mehrere Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis zur Uni sind es 3 km, direkt gegenüber vom Hauseingang befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, so ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für jeden Bedarf liegen wie Perlen aufgereiht an der Straße zwischen Freiburg und Günterstal. Absolut empfehlenswert, egal ob für eine Familie, Paare oder zur alleinigen Nutzung.

Urlaubs- und Lerndomizil am Freiburger Stadtrand

Habe 2 Wochen in der Fewo verbracht, war inzwischen zum wiederholten Mal in Freiburg und habe mich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet ein voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem drum und dran. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Ein großer terrassenartiger Balkon mit Liege sowie Tisch und Stühlen laden zum gemütlichen Verweilen bei Abendsonne ein. Leider war dieses Mal das Wetter zu kühl. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Parkplatz am Haus und alle Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Alles in allem eine gemütliche Wohnung für Paare, Familie oder mehrere Personen. Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Wohnung, auch z. B. als
Wohngemeinschaft während eines Semesterbesuches an der DIA (Deutsche Immobilienakademie an der Universität Freiburg).

Gemütliche Wohnung

Stadtrandlage im Ortsteil Günterstal, ideal um mit dem Auto oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anzureisen. Wohnung gemütlich möbliert, angenehme Größe. Küche voll funktionsfähig. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backherd und Kochgelegenheit - alles vorhanden. Ideal geeignet für den Urlaub aber auch für längere Aufenthalte.
Owner's Response: gerne auch für Familien mit Kindern.

Hallo liebe Vermieterfamilie,
ich war jetzt das 3. Mal bei Ihnen in Freiburg-Günterstal
zu Besuch und habe den Aufenthalt in Ihrer schönen Wohnung wieder sehr genossen. In diesen 2 Wochen war das Wetter leider meist kalt und regnerisch, aber durch die anheimelnde Atmosphäre der grosszügigen Wohnung und die tolle Ausstattung mit sämtlichen Annehmlichkeiten der Technik fühlt man sich fast wie zu Hause. Da macht die Weiterbildung bei der Deutschen Immobilienakademie doppelt Freude.
Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Aufnahme und auf ein Wiedersehen im Oktober.
