The small, peaceful residential complex is located on the cliffs by the harbour entrance of Porto Colom. This unique location allows for a panorama view over Porto Colom, the sea and even to the mountains of the Serra de Llevant. The house has 80m² living space on two floors. The ground floor is separated in a living-dining room with comfortable sitting furniture and a fireplace oven and a completely equipped kitchen. Bordering this is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower/WC. On the first floor you will find another double room and a single room. A bathroom with a shower/WC completes the first floor. The terrace on the upper floor offers a wide view of the sea. For cooling off, you can use the communal pool of the residential complex. Those who prefer to dive into the dark blue sea can jump from the cliffs below the houses! The residential area has a staircase with direct access to the sea.

This destination in southeast Majorca is surely something special. Despite its large protected bay, it has primarily remained preserved. Which means: It has remained preserved from the spoils of mass tourism. On the area of land in front of the light house on Punta de Ses Crestes you will find two small beaches in a villa district. Since you can only get to the bay by going through the old city and then over a very curvy street, only a few people travel to the hidden beaches of Porto Colom. Here we are dealing with two connected beaches - secret tips among individual holiday goers. They are very beautiful and offer the best quality water. Thanks to the southern direction, a lot of sun is guaranteed, thus, a sun umbrella is recommended. In Porto Colom you find more individual tourists who discover the island with their rental car. You should enjoy the tranquillity here.

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt eingerichtet – bis hin zu Eierbechern und Kühlelementen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin von der Anfrage bis nach dem Urlaub phantastisch nett. In der Küche waren Gewürze und einige Vorräte da – wir haben uns zwanglos bedient und dafür einiges ergänzt oder anderes da gelassen.

Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns, nachts sogar beleuchtet! Phantastische Aussicht von der oberen Terrasse (Foto). Von der unteren Terrasse (mit Sonnensegel) Meerblick zwischen den Nachbarhäusern durch. Die Bademöglichkeit an den Klippen ist für Beherzte herrlich, aber nicht ganz ohne. Wildromantisch und (Ende August) auch richtig einsam ist der Wanderweg oben auf den Klippen. Wunderbare Strände z.B. in Cala Marcal oder Cala Murada per Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, der Strand in der Nähe ist nach unserem Geschmack gut für „mal kurz“. Portocolom ist ein nettes Städtchen, die Märkte in Felanitx und Santanyi (So bzw. Sa) einen Besuch wert.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns richtig zuhause gefühlt. Toll ist auch, dass im Preis alles drin ist, ohne Hinterher-Abrechnerei usw. Ohne (Miet-)Auto geht aber von der Anreise über Einkaufen bis Restaurant- und Strandbesuch fast nichts.

Unser bisher schönstes Ferienhaus, wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Alles was man braucht...

Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Anlage. Über die Steilküste kann man das türkisblaue Meer erreichen, oder dort Morgens mit seinem Kaffee die wunderschöne Aussicht Geniessen. Da in jeden Raum eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, lässt es sich auch in der heißen Jahreszeit gut aushalten.
Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Mitteln ausgestattet die man gewöhnlich braucht. Außerdem ist das gesamte Haus in einem guten Zustand.

So soll Urlaub sein....

Der perfekte Urlaub hat schon mit dem netten Kontakt der Vermieterin begonnen. Sie war sehr bemüht alles recht zu machen. Was ihr auch gelang. Die Vermieterin stellte für uns ohne weiteres (auch ohne zusätzl. Bezahlung) kleine Extras (Kinderbett,usw...) bereit. Weiters ist das Haus sehr sauber geputzt und bei dem romantischen Meeresblick und der Ruhe kommt jeder noch so gestresste Mensch zur Entspannung. Noch dazu bei diesem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Keine Extras zu bezahlen wie Bettwäsche, Strom,.... einfach g e n i a l. Wir sind fix der Überzeugung, dass wir wieder mal dieses Haus mieten möchten. A l l e s w a r p e r f e k t
