Villa Venezia was built in 1996 and represents the beautiful style of Floridian architecture. It offers every luxury you might think of, including air-conditioning. The villa is situated in the yacht club area on an 80 x 125 SQ FT. plot, on a salt water canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico, facing southwards and is surrounded by a garden full of tropical plants and flowers. The villa also has an indoor whirlpool which can be reached from the living area as well as from the pool area. The furnishing and the décor is in warm beige. There are 2 bedrooms, a master with a king size bed and a second with a queen size bed. Telephone and fax and answering machines are, of course, also available. A high speed web connection and computer is also present and free of charge. In the garage you will find 2 bicycles, 2 golf bags, a fishing rod, beach chirs and a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The villa has its own landing stage and sun deck.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

In the attention of the golf beginners: if you are not yet allowed to play in Europe, but you finally want to escape the Driving Range and play on a real golf course, Florida is the right place for you. Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
