Villa Starfish Lake with about 180 sqm living space and a terrace and pool area of 100 sqm was massively built in 2006. After the owner changed in 2009 the villa was renovated and very tastefully equipped with new furniture. The covered terrace can be reached from nearly all rooms. There is a big table with sufficient seats as well as four sun chairs at your disposal. The 7,30 x 3,60 m pool offers enough space to swim for a refreshment. The electric water-heating system ensures just the right temperature. A Gas BBQ grill can provide all the pleasures of outdoor cooking. In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home there is also present a Computer with free of charge high speed web connection as well as a Air Hockey table game and a electronic Power Stepper. There are also a telephone and answering set at your disposal. The Lake location offers you the possibility of enjoying sunbathing or the fantastic sunset or perhaps you want to pull a big fish ashore?

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dreamlike, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
